Cuban here. In general I use Adobo and Mojo on white meats like chicken, fish and pork. Try some pork chops with it and let it sear it in. Really good.

Ditto this based Cuban pede. It is quite delicious. This gay pede married into a Cuban family and loves Adobo and Mojo pork. So much flavor. Carmelized some onions with it when you cook the pork.

Don’t let all that wonderful yellowed oil go to waste. Chop up some onions and peppers and let them sauté next to that steak and soak up all that juice.

Try it stuffed with roasted garlic and clarified butter instead of oil.

I like to make roasted root vegetable enchiladas with Adobo chile cream sauce. (Vegan MAGA supporter here!)

Will be looking out for GOYA adobo chilis ! Thx for the heads up !

And Fries! Why bother with plain salt when you can get some Adobo up in there?

I basically use it to season chicken or pork that I plan on using as an ingredient in something else. Like when I roast chicken or braise pork to use in quesadillas or carnitas.

what i like to do is mix the seasoning with a bit of olive oil first to make a paste, then i rub the paste all over my steak, and then i sear the steak in a non stick pan with some butter.

Sorry man but you ruined the steak. Salt, pepper, and a diced cloves of garlic. All it needs. Adobo is great but I can’t use it at home it’s “too spicy” for my toddlers.

Meh, support goya all you want, but there are way better seasonings out there. I have that one and i never use it. Probably should just give it to my cleaning lady.

I dont kniw all the names, most are local, greek, montreal, several bulk ones from costco, etc. i always peruse the spice section and try new stuff.

Can you be a little more vague and ambiguous?
