Typically, I'd have agreed with that sentiment. However, it should be noted that East Asians have a higher IQ on average than Jews, and a culturally stronger work ethic. Yet, in media, finance, and government, Asians don't hold a candle to Jews, when it comes to influence.
I wouldn't go so far as to call it a conspiracy, but I can't think of anything other than mass nepotism.
