Is this really a thing? I get that you don't want deadbeats working for you, but do people really take it as far as filtering out names that you may suspect would be that type of people? I've met some pretty smart people with stupid names, so it seems like it may be counterproductive.

There are many people born into backward stiffling cultures that manage to escape abject degeneracy to join our cause...and here these motherfuckers throw away resumes based on what the name sounds like.
