It's legal. From 1940s thru 2005 we a group of outlets that reported Tabloid Gossip. They misrepresent the truth for gossip and by wording they get a free pass. We never let them in the white house press briefings. Today China has pushed all MSM outlets in this direction.

So it's not libel?

Libel laws are too loose. They usually skate past any charges. Obama and Clinton passed and amended to allow for many things that hurt us.

A certain short haired deranged talk show host was able to squash a libel beef by claiming she is a proven liar and her show is propaganda. That was her actual defense, which worked: I am a liar and nobody should expect that I'm telling the truth when I say something. Essentially, these people can say literally anything ABOUT you and the courts pretend that they're saying that AT you and selectively enforcing the law.

They did the same with Alex Jones. They are entertainers and many are former actors.
