That stencil is used and you can tell by the splotches of different colors on it, was probably going around just posting those up on random things with some spray paint just before this was taped. permalink parent save report block reply

Yeah, i came here to say what OP said. That stencil is used and you can tell by the splotches of different colors on it, was probably going around just posting those up on random things with some spray paint just before this was taped.
