Oh, look, things that contributed to lasting civilizations:
Rugged Individualism - the "secure your mask first" problem. If you can not take care of yourself, you are in a weaker position to take care of anyone else.
Family Structure - having responsibility towards your progeny ensures that you want to maintain the society that shelters and protects them.
Scientific Method - I'll let that one sit
History - we humans have the remarkable ability to learn not just from our mistakes or those we observe, but those made by many many past generations. Knowing what went wrong allows us to get it right next time.
Work Ethic - one must be aware that every good thing in life requires some fundamental expenditure of time, in the end. Something you pay for? Comes from the salary you earned through work. Want a good body? Gotta spend time in the gym. If everybody waited around for someone else to do something for them, no one would do anything.
Status, Power, Authority - to repeat, security and stability. Having an authority punishes those who try to waste others' time (if you drill down enough, see above), and obviously a balance needs to be struck because too much authority becomes corruption. But authority can turn a 50% productive populace into 90% because those 40%, while coerced, will have net gains from the better society they help build.
Future - also not touching. It's obvious.
Time - even long before the industrial age, time was critical, even if on a grander scale. Knowing when in the season crops were growing allowed multiplicative food stores gain for the same amount of labor as going on a gathering expedition.
Aesthetics - all cultures derive value from seeing people like them doing things of beauty, within the auspice of that culture. Claiming this is white exclusive is horseshit.
Holidays - regardless of the religious aspect, there's a practical value in breaks taken from work when the opportunity presents itself. This was codified by the Jewish Sabbath, but it's a fundamental human tendency. Everyone burns out and needs a rest day here and there.
Justice - having a black and white set of rules by which everyone abides keeps us from having individuals effecting justice based exclusively on their own morals. One dude might be fine with being cucked. Another may kill the son of a bitch who fucked his girl. Another person may kill a man who so much as LOOKED at his woman. Without law, all three of these would be judged within a vacuum. Within each person's frame of reference, their actions are justified. If you live in such an anarchist paradise as this, you would then have a lynch mob decide to kill the last guy. Then his brother kills the leader of the lynch mob because his brother was killed. And so on. A justice system allows there to be a hard stop where everyone has agreed upon a precise reaction for an action.
Competition - again, what I said above. Always striving to climb the next mountain, or build the better mousetrap. This ambition slowly leads to risk takers innovating and doing things that show others what human society is capable of.
Communication - we are gifted with speech. It is probably the single greatest human trait. If speech can not be properly exchanged - say, language barriers - you are failing to take advantage of what puts you above the animals, and you deserve no more than an animal
Funny thing about this, is that the vast majority of these things were figured out by decidedly non-white agrarian societies millennia ago. The Mesopotamians thrived specifically because they were sick of living berry bush to berry bush, hunt to hunt. If you wanna be one of these anti-civilization fuckheads, fine, do like the lead characters at the end of Rainbow Six (the original novel) made the antagonist anti-society ecoterrorists that were the novel's big bad guys do, and go live naked in the wilderness. Can someone explain how all but a small portion of this ISN't a good thing? It seems to be suggesting that the qualities are a bad thing and come from whites. Almost everything in there is something for which citizens should be striving. Frankly, not exhibiting most of those qualities is something to be avoided and any GOOD ideology should demand most of these qualities in their adherents.
One could make an argument that the woman's role is outdated, but so what. 95% right is still better than mostly wrong.
