Remember, Coronavirus antibodies generally only last for a couple months (kind of why we don't already have a vaccine on-hand), so that vaccine's gonna need be some future tech science shit.

which it won't be, it will be a rushed POS trash injection that "creates antibodies" in the few suckers they tested it on, then they roll it out - untested for long term efficacy OR side effects - and it becomes a political football that the scared people can go and get.

To create a safe and effective vaccine takes YEARS and in many cases is simply not possible.
