The brings up the question. Could her rulings be overturned do to altered mental status as a result of going through the resurgence of her cancer?

Not really. Congress's only remedy here is to impeach and remove her, which won't happen.

If John Roberts wasn't such a cuck, he'd have a frank discussion with her telling her it's time to resign. But he's basically on her side politically and hates Trump just as much.
