Lol. Baptism does not equal salvation. What does scripture say about it?

correct, thank you! Glad somebody has been paying attention in church & school.

St. Ann summarizes it well: https://www.barnhardt.biz/2014/04/01/the-one-about-do-aborted-babies-go-to-heaven/

tl;dr = no, aborted babies do NOT go to Heaven. They go to Limbo. Heaven is only available to those who have been baptized AND believes in Jesus Christ as their Savior.

The Limbo of the Innocents. There is another Limbo called the Limbo of the Fathers which was filled with the righteous people who died on earth before Christ opened the gates of heaven on Calvary. The Limbo of the Fathers no longer exists – Christ emptied it while He was in the tomb. This event is called “The Harrowing of Hell”.

Or, ya know....let's see what the Bible actually says rather than some person. Why would David say this if his child was in Limbo?

And he said, While the child was yet alive, I fasted and wept: for I said, Who can tell whether GOD will be gracious to me, that the child may live? But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me. (2. Samuel 12:22-23)

This shows there was and is no distinction between the death of a baby and the death of someone trusting in God's grace. They end up at the same place, which now would be Heaven. To quote Paul, "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."

David is not the same as Jesus Christ.

Oh, please educate me where Jesus says anything about unborn/babies suffering eternal separation from God? (And yes, anything but Heaven would be suffering separation from God.) Even if those were words David spoke, they were included in Divinely Inspired scripture for a reason. Anything else is just the opinion of men trying to push an agenda opposite to what God says in His Word.
