That's not the sentence. That's just bail. After his trial he'll have a real sentence hopefully.

It's ok. He'll be making your coffee soon.

PinochetIsMyHero 5 points ago +5 / -0

LOL. He'll get a $100K/year position from Soros.

MikeWhoCheeseHairy 7 points ago +7 / -0

that cop car was way more than 50k

HonkNJhonk 4 points ago +4 / -0

I been looking to buy an Explore Interceptor package and they sell new around $42,000 near me. Add the lights, sirens, comms, other electronics, cameras, gear, etc, and it’s probably double the initial purchase price. $80k+ doesn’t sound so far off.

Futuramawe 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's probably way more than that. The custom gear tends to cost a LOT more than the mass produced stuff, cause of low volume.

3
HonkNJhonk 3 points ago +3 / -0

You’re probably right. All that specialty stuff costs a premium.

4
Batmann58 4 points ago +4 / -0

And to be fair 25k very well might be him buying the car he torched.

NYforTrump 5 points ago +5 / -0

You break it you bought it.

Hopefully, but not likely. State's Attorney is Kim Foxx, who has turned the judicial system into a revolving door. Chicago police are arresting the same people with guns 5, 6, or 7 times.

Well his name literally is FAGundo

14
Trump2024 14 points ago +14 / -0

He legally changed his first name. It used to be Whada. His middle name is Total.

1
JudicialDredd 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hmm. Whada Total Fagundo. I don't get it.

its a liberal run shithole... what where you expecting?

7
308win 7 points ago +7 / -0

Ohh...He goes to the Art Institute of Chicago. I missed where going there nullifies and or decreases your charges. Huh.

6
TEXinLA 6 points ago +6 / -0

Additional punishment is requiring him continue his studies at the Art Institute of Chicago.

6
Kaarous 6 points ago +6 / -0

Nah that's about right for bail. He ain't going anywhere, and if he misses a class he's going to jail until his trial.

mykillk 4 points ago +4 / -0

They let Eric Clanton go with probation and he tried to murder someone by smashing a bike U-lock over his head.

All charges against local artist mistakenly accused of destruction of public property during live performance have been dropped. District Attorney Kim Fox quoted as saying, "It was a powerful statement piece meant to invoke deep feelings of anger. The success of the work only confirms the beauty of it's conceptualization and to punish such a gifted artist for challenging our perceptions of artistic meaning would be the true criminal act." Donations can be made to the artist's Patreon account using the link below,

  • An article in next month's Washington Post, probably.

I literally thought this was a real quote for a moment. It honestly wouldn't surprise me a bit.

It's almost like any dumbass who can type can pretend to be a journalist...

3
LowIQCrazyMika 3 points ago +3 / -0

Liberal shithole, what else do you expect

2
Meatbank84 2 points ago +2 / -0

It’s cause of who is in power in Chicago. You know once the feds go there and clean up. If his dumb ass tries stuff again, he’s being chucked into a van like a side of beef and is fucked.

That's not his sentencing, this is bail before trial/hearing, but yeah still bullshit

2
NixonsDMTdealer 2 points ago +2 / -0

I hope his violent tendencies do not lead to The Art Institute of Chicago burning down. Now that they’ve released a demonstrably violent arsonist back into the community it would not be unreasonable to think he would do it again. The Art Institute of Chicago should address what they’re going to do to make certain the safety of their students and facility just in case this left wing terror arsonist decided to burn down The Art Institute of Chicago.

White privilege.

1
Slice 1 point ago +1 / -0

To be honest though, public schools and universities are so bad that it really is a harsh temporary probation.

1
George 1 point ago +1 / -0

These people are absolutely crazy.

How do you go from committing no crimes to setting a car on fire :/

1
SharpCookie 1 point ago +1 / -0

Makes sure you get shmim's pronoun correct!

1
sagebrushfire 1 point ago +1 / -0

Art Institute of Chicago

“Dipshit Fagundo, Walmart greeter is calling your name.”

And then you act surprised when people who say 'all lives matter' are immediately shot in the head with no consequences.

America used to shoot Englishmen for less.

1
Sparhawk007 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's Chicago...I'm surprised they didn't give him a medal!

1
Cali_Republican 1 point ago +1 / -0

He should have to shine the shoes of the police department for 5 years.

1
ADAM_SCHITT 1 point ago +2 / -1

Innocent until proven guilty. He hasn't had a trial yet.

1
Jsmitty112 1 point ago +1 / -0

He’s lucky he got bail. He’d totally be someone’s bitch. “Hold my belt hoop bitch!!” “Clean my drawers!!”

1
ExileOnRedditStreet 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hope it was worth it, chump. Enjoy life as a convicted felon.

1
EyeOfMars 1 point ago +1 / -0

Electronic monitoring, probably sold some good info on his higher ups, they want him to testify.

1
Flptplt 1 point ago +1 / -0

Isn't it clear that all of us law-abiding citizens are fools? We obey the law and live within the societal norms, meanwhile these people went on a rampage. The right needs to start fighting like the left.

3
wiombims 3 points ago +3 / -0

Settle down buckaroo. They have counterterrorism drills for you specifically and they're not going to be shooting pepper balls at you. You so much as spit on a cop and they'll hunt you down like a dog, put down a few people in the wrong suv chasing you, then throw away the key when you turn yourself in because they're threatening to burn down your family's home with a flashbang.

1
MichaelDenny 1 point ago +1 / -0

Damn he looks like he would have really enjoyed Chicago jail time.

1
UCLA_freethinker 1 point ago +1 / -0
