All charges against local artist mistakenly accused of destruction of public property during live performance have been dropped. District Attorney Kim Fox quoted as saying, "It was a powerful statement piece meant to invoke deep feelings of anger. The success of the work only confirms the beauty of it's conceptualization and to punish such a gifted artist for challenging our perceptions of artistic meaning would be the true criminal act."
