My buddy told me last night that he saw a few elderly men outside of our oldest, conservative "old man" bar with signs that said "MAGA" and "No Communists Welcome!"
I'm glad I was born here and glad I came back years ago, bought a home in the most sought neighborhood and live among good people. disclaimer: I have the smallest home in the area and was lucky to get it and renovate. I paid $165k total and the single lots across the street and on my block are going quickly for $75k up to more than 150k and then they have to tear down the old home there to start over (which can cost another 50k.) I was lucky and I know it. Property values are through the roof here and I feel so fortunate but I still like the area to much to sell and profit. My parents, both brothers all have homes with their families within two blocks from my house. I was here first and they all came a few years afterward. I promise, I'm a poor, blue collar chef in an area I wouldn't even be able to afford to rent in ten years time.
I'm in a deep blue shithole myself and I am seeing Trump flags pop up here and there. Haven't seen a single Biden flag (though I have seen many BLM signs sadly.)
I'm in the heart of downtown SF and I can see a few Trump Pence 2020 sign on apartment windows.
Haven't seen a single Biden sign yet, but I've seen Bernie sign earlier in the year. Yeah, Bernie signs are nowhere to be found now.
We live in the California foothills. Outside of the bigger cities, Californians are based country folk. Today in our town there were people out with American flags and "Back the Blue" signs, and they were getting plenty of honks and up-thumbs.
What State you at? I'm in CT; we are cucked out crazy over here. I'm planning on moving my family in 2023 (not soon enough). Hows Virginia? Tennessee is a little too hot I think.
when you see something like that try to make the effort to say how much you appreciate the display to manager. Lets him know others are in the fight with them
