If Ginsburg passes away soon, will Trump be able to get another justice confirmed before the election? Or will the RINOs put the brakes on it in hopes Biden will be able to appoint the next one?

Someone on here said McConnell wouldn't let him get anyone confirmed before the election. Hope they were wrong.
