Reports are that she is taking gemcitabine, which is NOT approved by the FDA for hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer). If her doctors are giving her gemcitabine, that only means one of two things:

1). She has already progressed through several standard systemic treatments (eg, sorafenib, immunotherapy) and this is a LAST RESORT option

2). She is too frail for a standard treatment, which means she has an ECOG performance status of 2 or higher (essentially what people in hospice have)

In either case, I would put her survival estimate at 3-4 months at the very best. This is happening, pedes. This election couldn't be more consequential.
