Police helped people that day. Police are bad. 9/11 memorial remembers police officers. 9/11 memorial bad. - liberal logic

Is this for something more or just to upkeep what is already there? Does anyone know?

Does it matter? The message is simple, loud, and clear; he loves NYC and her people, and it's their government that is the enemy, not the people or the civil heroes.

I just wondered. Truth be told -- I am not overly fond of the present memorial. Not that it isn't visually striking -- because it truly is magnificent. But it's an accident waiting to happen.

I don't know when. But I had a eerie feeling the moment I saw the design that someday somebody is going to either fall in, be pushed in, or jump into that deep pit. I don't know if it will be kids horsing around, or somebody trying to commit suicide. But that pit -- dramatic as it is -- was a huge mistake. It reeks of death to come, as well as death that has been. I can't explain it better than that.

I have never been there, so I don't know if they have a 24/7 guard on duty. I sure hope they do. I am seldom wrong when I get these feeelings.

So I hope some of that cash will be alloted for some safety feature around that structure to prevent people from going over the inscribed wall and falling to their death.
