That’s correct and it was Obama who initiated it not being there by skipping out on the ceremony. When Trump hear, he didn’t allow it to be hung.

That it isn’t hanging is symbolic of:

  • Obama not yielding the office (by bringing closure to it & he is running a shadow government)
  • Obama’s illegitimacy as a President in the first place (his SSN is from Connecticut, where he has never lived and he passed off a clearly forged birth certificate as real)
