Yes. Twice. First time when I was around 14 y.o. my cousin found his mom's pepper spray and he sprayed it in the bathroom sink. We were both coughing and laughing when he sprayed me in the face. Yes, it hurts but I didn't scream like a little bitch. The primary purpose of pepper spray is to kill your vision so you can't fight.

The second time was during gas mask "confidence training" in the Air Force. We were lined up outside a trailer where they had a little burner where they dumped some tear gas powder to create a gas filled environment. Everyone was fitted with a mask and the TI came out and said something like, "We accidentally dumped too much powder into the burner, so it's going to hurt, but you won't die." When we went in we lined up and one by one had to remove our mask and answer a question. Mine was "Who is your favorite football team?" I could barely say "The Bills" (fucking choke atritsts) before every orifice was burning and leaking and I was 80% blind almost immediately. Someone led me outside to a hose where the previous recruits were helping to wash faces. And no, I didn't scream like the little bitch in the video.
