sorry, this cop was a complete power-tripping prick. A man can project power and authority without losing self-control. this guy lost his shit. And notice how he got much more aggressive once the driver was handcuffed - he was working himself into a rage. This guy needs some training or we'll see him again someday and I fear it won't be a good situation.
