Taylor's boyfriend, a major drug dealer, decided to shoot it out with the cops. In the cross-fire, she was taken out.

This is her fault.

According to the reporting, they did announce themselves even though not required. I wonder what they did to announce their presence.

I was told this too. I thought this one was actually a legitimate grievance.

3
svartchimpans 3 points ago +3 / -0

Same here. Never heard on any news that her drug dealing boyfriend in the apartment had a shootout with the police and that she was caught in crossfire. That changes everything.

So we have this case which turned out to be fake...

And the Jogger (Ahmaud Arbery) who was burglarizing homes that were under construction. And who grabbed the shotgun and tried to attack the citizens arresting him. But the media tried to make it out like he was a peaceful Jogger.

And we have George Floyd who actually asked police to let him lay on the ground (he requested it) and who had a deadly dose of Fentanyl in him and said he couldn't breathe before police even touched him, and who violently resisted arrest. All of that is in bodycam transcripts. Media refuses to cover the truth.

And we have Trayvon Martin who sat on top of George Zimmerman and bashed his skull against the pavement and forced him to shoot in self defense.

And we have "hands up don't shoot" which turned out that the guy never had his hands up or said that and was in fact attacking the police when he was shot.

And we have the very recent (days ago) case of two black gang members being arrested and one of them pulling out a gun and shooting and misisng the cop's head by inches, and then getting lit up and killed by police in response. And the media and social media says the black guy was unarmed.

And a thousand other cases debunked by Donut Operator on YouTube.

I am noticing a pattern here of lying, violent black people attacking police. And the subsequent lying BLM saying they dindu nuffin and then rioting in the criminal's honor.

We have a virus in the US and it’s in the form of a young black male. No matter what other people say, this is where our country’s main problems lie.

2
powershellder 2 points ago +2 / -0

At this point I have to wonder if there is even one single case of an unjustified police shooting.

If there were, why can’t they use real examples instead of blatant lies?

1

That's so true. I wonder the same...

5
ITS_A_MINDSET 5 points ago +5 / -0

The cops had a warrant to raid without knocking.

The cops announced themselves knocking on the door.

The boyfriend shot through the door hitting a cop.

No wonder she died.

That's the first I've heard he shot through the door...

I'm starting to fear Patriots will eventually get fed up and start sniping these criminals from 300 yds after the first criminal act. Don't do it.

kek_saved_the_world [S] 44 points ago +45 / -1

true.. that is what is amazing the actual restraint we have shown.. comes with intellect and the hope, the last white pill that something will change before election and we can get Trump back in.. but if it goes south with them stealing it.. after the World watches the greatest human turn out in history of America for a president, while the libs sit home in fear and "mail it in".. to not call it on election night but wait for more ballots to come in until joe wins, then the MSM and HRC will be on every show saying Trump must leave the WH..

It will start with armed Patriots making a human barricade to protect the WH.. then it let's off in many states at once..

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +2 / -1

I think this is not only a HORRIBLE plan, but one of the worst things we could do while still being better than doing nothing.

We need to gain assurances that this will be a fair election. Failing that we should act first. Either we we need to PLAN. Everybody's idea is "when it's time to boog, you will know." That's as non descript as "lets off in many States at once."

Human barricade to protect the WH sounds like a massacre. After they announce their fraudulent election results, our position does NOT get stronger.

I know someone that was offered $20 per hour, cash, to hold a sign in some protests.

Think about that for a moment.

They're trying to destabilize us.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

"Trying?"

This is exactly what was doing to Syria, paid agitators mixed in with legitimate protesters. People are being paid to do a LOT more than just hold a sign! Why haven;t we heard of them going after daesh in all this destruction? Where would a jihadist rather be?

33

We just need to lob truth bombs and the inconvenient facts at the uninformed masses. For all of the "justice for breonna" posts I've seen, it took months for me to see an article about the truth in what happened.

  1. The police were not at the wrong residence.

  2. The police knocked even though it was a no-knock warrant.

  3. The suspect shot at the police first and Breonna was killed when the officers returned fire.

2
buco 2 points ago +2 / -0

Even with truth bombs, they gonna riot.

47
TehAgent 47 points ago +47 / -0

As I understand, her BF fired at the police from the bed she was in and they returned fire.

While Im against no knock raids, this wasnt racial IF what I read was true.

33
RBailey82nd 33 points ago +34 / -1

I agree with you on no knock raids so yes this was fucked, but it was the right house, and right person they were looking for that shot at them. Where she fucked up is being with this shit stain.

24
TehAgent 24 points ago +24 / -0

Where she fucked up is being with this shit stain.

Thats exactly what I said about it. As an aspiring first responder she really should have made better choices. Im not blaming her but fuck...being with that dude was extremely dumb.

17
RBailey82nd 17 points ago +17 / -0

I heard she was fired from being an EMT. I might be wrong, but wouldn't rule it out do to her choice in men.

9
TehAgent 9 points ago +9 / -0

Probably true; it seems like I recall reading that somewhere a while back.

7
jubyeonin 7 points ago +7 / -0

I think she was fired in 2017.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

The warrant was for HER. She was the drug dealer there.

2
TehAgent 2 points ago +2 / -0

According to what I read the warrant was for her home because he was there; not for her. They wanted to locate the drugs and knew he spent a lot of time there. They also didnt want the evidence destroyed so they no-knocked but did announce that they were police. Doesnt mean what I read was true but thats the story I got out of it. After digging of course since MSM painted it as the wrong house and the police just started shooting for no reason.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

The disinformation is deep. She last worked as an EMT in 2017. To report that she was "was an EMT" is ridiculous. She was the drug dealer. Which doesn't mean he wasn't, but the warrant was for her.

Announcing they are Police means they didn't do a no knock raid, which is immaterial either way. They had a no-knock warrant, he said they didn't hear the cops until they broke in. A Judge is going to believe "his" cops, a Jury could go either way but this aspect has no bearing.

He fired at the cops but didn't get shot. She's the only one to get shot. This circumstance is weird. Since he did in fact shoot, the cops are fully justified in returning fire. Nearly every case blm picks on, there are major holes with claiming it was somehow wrongdoing. It all started with Trayvon Martin. It must suck to have your whole world view be based on lies; that has been the goal of MSM for 60+ years.

13
jubyeonin 13 points ago +13 / -0

I'm also against no knock raids, but they actually knocked even with a no knock warrant.

11
deleted 11 points ago +11 / -0
2
TehAgent 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yup. That was the first story I read; definitely not true in any way from what I found afterwards.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +3 / -1

The warrant was for HER. The cop's only mistake here was he was the only one to shoot, and she was the only one to get shot.

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

It wasn't a no knock raid. They were there for HER. How he was the only one to fire and she was the only one to get shot is strange.

Just wait until Derek Chauvin's charges are thrown out. Probably around November 3rd.

24
thisisatestof2 24 points ago +24 / -0

Even if they drop the 2nd degree murder charge, which seems like the hardest to prove they will still riot and burn down the rest of the city.

27
Apersonofinterest 27 points ago +27 / -0

The transcripts that have been released are already damning for the prosecution. I suspect the actual body cam footage will tell a more detailed story. Floyd said he was hooping (keistering drugs in his b-hole). He likely died from an overdose of Fent due to underlying medical conditions. According to the transcript, he asked to be taken out of the car because he stated he couldn't breathe. More than likely, he keistered some Fent that wasn't properly sealed and he OD'd.

No one is going to care about the details of the story.

RRAAAAAYYYCCCCIIIIIISSSSSSSMMMMMM!

8
jubyeonin 8 points ago +9 / -1

Yeah. I'm just wondering why the cops didn't react normally. They actually mention excited delirium, but don't do anything to address it except call for the ambulance. Floyd admitted to hooping after he was asked about the foam around his mouth and they ignored it.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

They did EXACTLY what they are trained to do for EXD:

  1. call EMT

  2. restrain perp

Does not mean they were actually trying to save his life. Bodycam footage is critical!

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

You haven't said anything that changes the scene. What in the transcript was "damning?"

1
Apersonofinterest 1 point ago +1 / -0

Told officers that he was hooping earlier. Exhibited symptoms of Fentanyl overdose. Fent and Meth was found in his system (but was it found in his butt?). Was combative and having trouble breathing in the car and asked officers to take him out of the car. Officers removed him from the car and put him on the ground until the ambulance arrived. Was it excessive? I've been thrown to the ground by cops and had the knee drop to the back of my neck. At the time, I was a healthy 17 year old and not on drugs so maybe that's why I lived. I've also watched a gajillion hours of cops and live pd and they routinely slam people to the ground when they have to fight or chase a suspect, the use of batons, clubs, punches, choke holds, tasers, and mace are common.

Floyd was in such bad condition, had they tased him, he might've died.

Floyd was a walking dead man. Between his health conditions and his drug use, he was bound to stroke out sooner or later. I don't believe he would purposely take a lethal dose of Fent but I do believe he would hide it in his ass when he saw the cops coming because that's what drug addicts and dealers do.

1
Econobombshell 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is video of knee on neck for 8 minutes, about 3 minutes of total unresponsiveness (long enough to die from asphyxiation).

This is not the hill to die on. In fact, this is the worst battle you could ever pick in the history of police since Rodney King. No other outrage was so carefully documented (or narrated).

1
Apersonofinterest 1 point ago +1 / -0

The Hill I am dying on is the one supported by the only official autopsy. There are claims that a 2nd autopsy was performed but it appears that the 2nd autopsy was conducted the same way that you are going about it, which is, they watched the video.

The Medical Examiner said Floyd died from “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.” That was the official cause.

the official report also says Floyd had “[o]ther significant conditions,” which it listed as “[a]rteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl intoxication; recent methamphetamine use.”

MUST READ: Body Cam Transcript Tells a Different Story on the Death of George Floyd

Floyd claims he was “hooping” earlier. According to the Urban Dictionary, “hooping” refers to smuggling/transporting something that is inserted in one’s rectum.

George Floyd had a potentially lethal dose of fentanyl in his system

Read the transcript. Floyd was exhibiting all of the symptoms below before officers ever confronted him.

Signs of Fentanyl Overdose

A fentanyl overdose can be accidental or intentional in nature. Equally, the use of other medications that affects brain function including benzodiazepines; the consumption of alcohol and ingestion of certain foods could affect the way the body metabolizes the drug. Signs of a Fentanyl overdose may vary from patient to patient but could include:

Labored or shallow breathing Small pupils Cold and clammy skin Extreme fatigue and sleepiness Inability to talk or walk normally Confusion Fainting, and dizziness.

Econobombshell 1 point ago +1 / -0

You may want to pick a better fight--you'll never win this one. Neither will the kneeler.

I agree with everything you are saying. I'm sure you are right. But the optics on this one are beyond salvation.

1
Apersonofinterest 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think it may turn out just like Charlottesville. James Fields didn’t run over Heather Heyer, she had a massive heart attack that was brought on by him plowing into cars and protestors. From the slow mo video, you can see that she was off to the side and was knocked to the ground by people running from the car.

After weeks of “protestors” surrounding cars, pulling the drivers out and beating them, it seems apparent now that Fields likely was fleeing from such a scenario and got blocked in from escaping. I doubt he meant to plow his sweet Challenger into anything.

He was still charged with her murder though.

1
Econobombshell 1 point ago +1 / -0

8
AprilShowers 8 points ago +8 / -0

Can you (or anyone reading this) give me more info on what happened. Feels like every time I try to search for the ME report or the private autopsy it's buried under a mountain of shit.

I know he died of a heart attack and that the private autopsy concluded as much but blamed the restriction of blood flow from kneeling as the cause of the heart attack (??). Fentanyl (4x lethal dose) and meth was found in his system but I've also heard some claim he swallowed the fent to hide it from cops - is this true? Also claims that he was saying I can't breathe before the cops even brought him to the ground - is this true?

Any official reports / video would be nice. Tired of digging through shill sites like snopes and everything else that says DEBUNKED when I try to learn more.

2
Remanys 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fent in combo with meth is what did him in. "Cant breath(Fentanyl). Heart attack(Meth/cops next to him). The fent would've got him if the meth didn't.

6
GorillaWarfare 6 points ago +6 / -0

OD'ing on fentanyl with meth also in your system explains the Floyd incident perfectly. The meth has you agitated, getting belligerent with the cops. The fent is slowing and ultimately stopping your heart, but the meth keeps you from passing out like the usual opioid OD. Your brain isn't getting oxygenated blood and so you begin to feel panic and feel as though you can't breathe, but in truth it doesn't matter how much air you're inhaling/exhaling because your heart isn't moving enough blood through your lungs to keep O2 up. Stimulant effect of the meth keeps you conscious and functional right up to the point where your brain starts dying from lack of oxygen.

Really shitty way to go, and this process happening while you're being arrested (agitated, panicked behavior, complaining that you can't breathe even though you're moving enough air to speak clearly) looks to the arresting officers like a combative suspect faking medical problems to get out of restraint.

Don't mix uppers with downers. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

3
Remanys 3 points ago +3 / -0

Dying from Fentanyl itself is shitty cause it's a shit drug to abuse. No euphoria or anything plus it makes you paranoid about dying from the amount size of a few grains of salt. An opioid OD on good opiates such as morphine, dilauded, oxy is much better. You feel great and just fall asleep. Only the complete fucking morons use Fentanyl, even in the drug community noone wants fent. And No I do not use opiates of any kind.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +2 / -1

None of this means kneeling on his neck wasn't an issue. What would matter is some evidence the Police at least thought they were trying to save his life.

2
GorillaWarfare 2 points ago +2 / -0

Kneeling on the rear of a large man's neck while he is lying prone on flat ground could not possibly block his airway without applying enough pressure to also break his neck. If you are anywhere close to George Floyd's size/build you can demonstrate this yourself; lying facedown on the ground with another person applying pressure, you simply cannot press the neck hard enough against a flat surface from above to lethally restrict airflow because your chest and jawbone are holding you up, unless the neck is broken. The kneeling would only have been an issue if Floyd were lying on his back and the officer applying pressure to his trachea.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just like the idiots opining after Eric Garner's death claimed that since he could say "I can't breathe" meant he could breathe - you have never struggled to breathe. Otherwise you could never possibly write something so foolish.

Breathing simply doesn't work the way you're thinking. It's not a light switch, on/off condition. Neither is life or death, people are fucking hard to kill.

If the condition was EXD, not only pressure but heat were both factors in his death. This makes it more far fetched for me to believe the cops there were trying to save his life rather than kill him - but there IS doubt. The bodycam footage might be able to erase all doubt.

2
Deplorable_in_PA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Chauvin is going to walk or at best get an aggravated assault charge. Minnesota AG Keith Ellison is actually sitting on bodycam footage from the incident. Of course that will come out at trial. Chauvin will likely walk sparking even more riots. Scumbag Ellison knows that murder 2 will never stick with all the dope Floyd had ingested. Ellison is also sitting on likely exculpatory evidence. He knows Chauvin will walk and there will be more riots. It's almost like the left wants these riots to occur.

Right apartment, right car, right names, knocked anyway on a no-knock warrant, she was awake when her boyfriend shot at the cops and they fired back.

6
ITS_A_MINDSET 6 points ago +6 / -0

Wow somehow I never picked up on those details. Incredible

In the words of USA Today, a leftist publication:

"Our ruling: False We rate the claim that officers did not have a warrant to enter Taylor's apartment as FALSE because it is not supported by our research. Louisville police had a “no-knock” warrant to enter Taylor’s apartment. No-knock warrants have now been banned in Louisville."

They had a no knock warrant, were knocking on the door, and the boyfriend shot through the door and hit a cop. No wonder.

Like CaptainAHab said, they knocked and announced on a no-knock warrant. It was legal either way.

I agree about getting rid of no-knock raids. People have been legitimately unjustly killed by them even if this wasn't the case here.

7
CaptainAHab 7 points ago +8 / -1

They knocked and announced at her house. They no-knocked at the trap house, where no one was shot. Which is not what I heard and kinda makes her law kinda ironic now.

1
GorillaWarfare 1 point ago +1 / -0

No-knock entry or the good old-fashioned "rap twice, shout POLICE, then ram the door all within 1.17 seconds" should only be allowed in a confirmed hostage situation or similar. So what if they can flush some drugs? If they have so little on hand that they can destroy the whole stash in 15 minutes, you're wasting too much time, money, and effort on a small-time dealer.

More significantly, if you don't already have sufficient evidence to put a guy in prison for a very long time you shouldn't be throwing flashbangs though his windows at 2am. Playing SEAL team midnight OBL raid shouldn't be used for search warrants/evidence gathering, only for when a suspect must be arrested RFN to prevent harm to a third party.
