Louisville pede here. Not saying this isn’t true, but similar rumors has gone around here multiple times. In fact there’s been a lot of “so and so says they are gonna burn down Louisville tonight” or “this weekend” all the time. I think it’s part of the plan to keep people in fear.

Little known fact. Greg Fischer (mayor of Louisville) was just made President of the Conference of Mayors. Pretty much his first act was to write a letter On behalf of all the mayors supporting the Booker/Lee bill for a reparations study.
