He’d win Vermont too if they didn’t have beyond stupid voting laws. In the state of Vermont, you only need to claim residence for a day to register to vote because they have a subjective definition of residence. Combine that with the state’s population of only 500,000 and the election swings blue if you bus in voters from Massachusetts. In my time living there, I found most native Vermonters leaned conservative yet the state’s politics didn’t match.
