So proud of my wife, just wanted to brag here a little. She had to go into Brooklyn (we moved out about 2 years ago) and on her way home decided to stop for pizza at the legendary L&B Spumoni Gardens. There were two uniformed officers on the line. She went over to them and expressed her thanks and support. She basically told them that the silent majority understands how they are being unfairly dragged through the mud, and we have their backs. Then, when she moved up to pay, she told the guy at the register that she would pay for their food. The clerk and my wife are Latinos and they spoke in Spanish. Turned out he also respected the police and supports Trump. Anyway, he rang her up for about half what it should have cost. The officers were very grateful and she said they seemed like very nice people.
