That's it. "TdumPf." Now that I think about it, it probably does reflect the phonetic spelling of how Melania pronounces her own name.
But say the phonetic spelling, with an american accent, by emphasizing the D, make it a softer R and emphasize the F, they claim, it is a silly name he should be embarrassed by.
