How intense is the echo chamber in a place like NYC? I can't wrap my head around the fact that someone would read that title and subtitle and think its perfectly reasonable. Would these same people be willing to apply this same principle to the doctor doing open heart surgery on them? Big cities and the leftist they breed seem so insulated from reality.
