The blind auditions were introduced to give women a better chance.

Then they had to do it barefoot because you could still tell by the shoes.

This was all to make selections on merit. OK that's fair enough.

Now the NYT says merit is racist, again.

They say merit racist because its proven that races and genders are genetically different on average.

Now they push for equal results/equal outcome regardless of merit.
