Lol this whole thing is basically revealing that "colored people create shitty music and therefore never get accepted as composers in color-blind auditions".
So apparently, hiring people based on skills, competency and talent means that minorities never end up getting the job. In ANY job type except basketball players. LOL.
So now leftists want "diversity hiring" to be implemented, meaning racist, discriminatory hiring based on the color-group of the skin instead of the music they compose or the skills they have.

They already have equal opportunity and it just reveals that they aren't good enough to compete in a meritocracy. So now they want equal outcome to be enforced by draconian, racist laws instead... Sick.

Orchestras are not exactly mainstream and the general populace probably does not frequent shows. On the other hand, Beyonce amd Cardi B and the most recent mini beyonce (whoever does that awful savage song) are mainstream. Both of those "artists" make 10x what the first chair violinist makes im a city orchestra
And despite the commercial success they still have a problem because they know in their bones that whatever vapid twerkin bullshit is popular now still falls far, far below the heights of "white" culture. Their culture is weak, sickly, and reactive. It is Slave Culture to go with their adopted Slave Morality.
