Thomas Sowell has been asking this question for a long time: why does any and every given group need to reflect the demographic makeup of the broader population? It’s just an assumption these days that it must happen, and nobody even bothers to think critically about it anymore. Still though, you don’t hear any calls to make the NBA or the NFL demographically reflective of the broader population.

That’s the bandwagon now. Jumping on the bandwagon is an easy way to thrive in the short term in a capitalistic society. Tomorrow if someone waved a wand and the majority of the world suddenly became pro-white male, pro-equality of opportunity, etc. guess what these companies will do?

Only true visionaries and businessmen see through this crap and stick to their principles. Invest in them
