The blind audition process is there to help allow the BEST of the BEST get in. There’s even a carpet down so judges can’t hear high-heels and get biased against women

Years ago, this policy was instituted as a way to protect women and minorities from bias. Now we are told we must get rid of them to protect women and minorities???

In Australia they tried to fight sexism by taking the names off job applications and found that disparity actually increased so they stopped doing that
