Wuhan flu arose right after China reluctantly signed phase 1. China never intended to buy the required amount of American goods under phase 1 since that’s impossible. Wuhan flu was their out.
Trump said phase 1 is still on though, and wuhan flu didn’t garner any sympathy as the commies had hoped. Now they’re going to bust the dam and kill millions to avoid the tariff hike that will follow breach of phase 1.

I know something strange is going on. Ever since we changed our trade deals with China, the world has gone absolutely to hell.
