This is only the beginning once qualified immunity is gone. Cant defund the police? Sue them individually into poverty. Imagine in new if you could get sued because the customer didnt like the way you did your job. Even if the lawsuit is frivolous, its costly.

Here in my clown city they have already started this due to a “excessive force complaint”

Depends on your perspective. If you'd rather the police be a custodial force rather than an enforcement force, then that would be good.

If you're aim is to accelerate the growth of 2A rights, then that could also be good.

There's a lot of ways to look at QI.
