Yes and no. Those caged plastic tanks on a frame work great. We made on at work and strapped a pressure washer to it. So maybe frame and tank and buy supplies their own pressure washer? Or you just sell them with it if they want and mount it for them? The frame and tank I would this is the bigger demand I'd there is any. As a tank like that could be used for many things. If your think a Honda motor with a pump be great for herbacide application as well...but those are readily available, but expensive.

I'm thinking whatever combo can be wheeled around by one person and used to remove graffiti.

As long as the tank isn't too heavy and the washer can be run at a gpm to last more than a little while

That might difficult to supply that much water being wheeled around. 100 gallons would be 835 pounds. Something that fits in a gator maybe? Unless you did do the Honda motor and tapped into that for powered drive as well. It then you'd have to transport anyways. Most likely something that fits in a pickup would be ok.
