Provisions were brought on board and the virus was transferred via touching infected materials.
The test swabs themselves were infected.
Someone didn’t actually quarantine.

Most likely someone was infected but not enough to test positive the first time
Thing is, they went 14 days after the first testing.

I suspect someone had it, but too early for the test. Then it just bounced around from person to person, probably with no symptoms..
