John Durham didn't indict anybody in the CIA case despite the fact that there was overwhelming evidence of serious crimes. He investigated for like 7 years and then closed the investigations.
Watch the movie "the report" some staffer for Dianne Feinstein did a much better investigation than Durham did. The staffer even tried to meet with Durham to show him all the criminal evidence he had collected, but Durham refused.
Not a coincidence the same guy who covered up crimes for the CIA then is now leading this investigation.
