Parler doesn't take social security numbers. If you want to verify yourself as a human on there (optional), you load a selfie and a photo ID. All data except the selfie and the phone-number (authentication factor) are deleted.
And no, it's not speech anarchy on Parler. It's US Public Square Free Speech. If it's unlawful to yell or put on a sign in front of the street in the United States (not protected by the First Amendment) then it can be restricted on Parler.
