I know people who also state his “divisive tweets” and garbage like that. But others have said the ban on bump stocks is a slippery slope because what’s next? Sooo pretty much they have next to ZERO.

It is only a slippery slope when trump bans things

"Not all Trump supporters are racist but they decided racism wasn't a dealbreaker"

Use their words against them when they try to tell you Sleepy Joe is going to bring the Progressive Utopia stateside. Lmaooooo

In my experience they just default to "he said Mexicans are rapist," to which I dare them to actually see for themselves. A week later they say the same thing because they admittedly did not bother to look further. It's not a matter of honest discussion.

For many, admitting that Trump is basically a moderate, not Hitler is too much of a threat to their world view. They feel absolutely no duty to engage in a rational fashion, preferring emotional appeals and sensational accusations.

I hear the Charlottesville hoax for that one. Every time.

Rape isn't a deal breaker for them? How about literal anarchists and communists?

“If it isn’t obvious what he’s don’t wrong, you’re too brainwashed to talk to about it.”

By the way what are your sources, do you just believe everything you read online?"

"To many to count" is my favorite. That's the number of times he's broken the law, btw

My favorite thing is when a Democrat starts railing about the "millions of lies" President Trump has told since taking office, and I ask them which lie they feel was the most egregious and impactful. They just stare at you like a deer in the headlights. That's when I give them some examples of egregious, impactful lies like:

"If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. Period."

"We do not have a domestic spying program."

REEEEEEEEEEEEing intensifies.

The left can never defend their views when I challenge them, but they still never change their views. They are not based on logic and deep down, they don't care. It's just emotion. It is a combination of uninvestigated fear, envy, and too much investment into their views as identity that they are too proud to change views (desire to be right). Logic will not flip any of them.

I like when they try to claim it's his fault wuhan is in the country. When he shut down flights from china the left screamed that he was a racist and over-reacting.

Oh yeah, an acquaintance said after the Mueller fiasco, that the only reason Trump wasn't successfully prosecuted for his "obvious" Russion collusion is that the government lawyers were incompetent! That's how he rationalizes that there was in fact NO evidence for their clams.
