AR Five Seven upper. What looks like a STANAG mag is hollow and collects the 5.7 brass which is ejected down the magwell. A strange piece of equipment for someone to be using where this picture was taken.

I think their military does use the FN P90, so the mags and ammo would be relatively easy to come by.

Probably shouldn't support your rifle with the suppressor. Also, that "straight and off the trigger" salute is impressive.
