I hope the feds don't back down from their crackdown on Antifa in Portland, despite the actions taken by the mayor's office & ACLU. Antifa have had 50+ days to make complete asses of themselves in that city, there's more than enough footage now to justify vanning them. (Or worse, frankly the restraint they've been showing in the face of the arsonists and wannabe revolutionaries is superhuman)
Maybe that was the strategy here all along, as it was with CHAZ. Give the commies time and space to show the world that they're anything but peaceful protesters, then decisively crack down when they finally do something inexcusably stupid/evil so that nobody can whine about it (and still be taken seriously) and all the fence-sitters can see he's really the law & order guy.
It was murdering black kids and trying (badly) to cover it up before marching on the mayor's own house in Seattle, might it be attempted arson of the federal courthouse and actual arson of the police association building in Portland?
It appears they were gathering intel and sealing more indictments and now they're picking up the perps who are dumb enough to be carrying their smart phones that track their every move and thinking recording their own arrests will somehow save them from their fate.

As much as I think Portland deserves to burn at the hands of its homegrown Red Guards, it's going to be hard to run as the law-and-order president without actually enforcing law and order. A total lack of shame, a conscience and ability for self-reflection seems to be mandatory for joining Antifa. I watched a video of a far-left 'journalist' helping her security brigade buddies steal evidence from the jeep they shot to pieces (in the process killing an unarmed black teenager) in CHAZ - there wasn't even the least bit of remorse in their voices. And if you broach the subject with CHAZ supporters nowadays they always try to excuse it, even claiming the black kids shot first.
It's propaganda. They know the media is on their side and will provide cover for them. It's just like in Soviet Russia. "What famine? There is no famine. Stop spreading lies, to the gulag with you!"

A few days ago, I read that Trump's looking to take more serious action against Antifa and friends next week. Maybe they'll be going on the offensive soon?

Yeah, if we’d arrest some of these people and put them in prison for 15 years for arson, maybe there’d be less arsonists?
Better yet, minimize the government involvement and let the asset owners shoot the damn bastards and count it as self defense.
