No it isn’t an exaggeration. The direct parallels of America’s violent communist revolutionaries in the streets, ‘democrats’, to Mao’s Red Guard’s actions is clear. The absolute destruction of any and all tradition, culture, and ideals opposed to communist revolutionary purity is well under way. I’d say the only lagging aspect in America’s cultural revolution versus China’s, is that the communists in the streets here have not yet purged their ‘democrat’ party completely of those not actively contributing to perpetual revolution. Now they have just scared every member into supporting their actions.
