At this point, literally everyone is desensitized to polls. They mean nothing anymore. Every day I see articles on polls where Biden is polling x% above Trump or Trump is polling x% above Biden or x% disapprove of Trump's handling of x or x% disapprove of Biden's stance on x.... and the fucking numbers are all over the place.
I suggest everyone ignore all the polls and just vote.
They honestly really mean nothing at this point. Even Rasmussen has said the only polls that matter are right before the election, everything else is just smoke.
So what's the endgame in lying about polls other than crushing those who thought they were winning. Do it demoralize one side more than it makes the other complacent?
It’s to keep them in the public eye. If you say, “Trump is ahead!” every week, people tune out. If you lie and keep saying, “Trump is lagging in polls” you get Conservatives pissed and tuning in and you get Commies happy and tuning in. Bad news and lies always sell.
There must be one blue district full of African American women who love to talk to pollsters. In 2016 black women voted 97% Dem. While a majority of white women voted Trump, his strongest base.
