No, you are absolutely right. The parents are to blame as well. Broken families create broken children. Maybe they weren't spoiled, maybe their parents were shitty alcoholics and/or drug addicts that just never paid any attention to them. Maybe they were abused. Maybe they were raised in single parent homes. So many reasons can cause children to act like this, but they all have one thing in common - they did not have stable parents to raise them right.
