Simply, the US in spirit is not a republic, rather it currently stands for DC. There is no real term for it as it expands on the Chancery Court first tested in Europe. Perhaps equitocracy would be a good enough term, since the spirit is in the equity?
So scratch all of the US Code as soon as every statute is converted into Rights.
