Question for lawfags: Since BLM is a registered organization, why can't businesses sue BLM for damages? If they say "there's no evidence these people chanting "black lives matter"are affiliated with Black Lives Matter then can't they lose their trademark for failure to defend it? More than anything right now I want to see all those blm donations seized and put towards a noble cause like the wall or inner city prison construction.
