Congratulations, someone can now frame you for multitudes of crimes, along with many other even more sinsister things. Hell, even if you HAVEN'T ever donated any biologic material, all it takes is someone in your extended relatives who HAVE and they can identify you from that. Anyone who has ever done a 23 and me or ancestry.com test is literally giving their unique biological information away for free and you have no recourse as to what those companies do with it, its in their TOS.
I’m not convinced that donating blood or getting swabbed automatically enters you into a database searchable for this type of stuff. Perhaps they just do their test or donation and then they are done with your work

I actually roll my eyes at some of the microchip vaccine theories, because the size of the chip would be so freaking tiny there's no way they could track you from afar unless they've developed some advanced alien level technology. Even a simple identification chip requires a reader to be within a rather short distance for it to work.
Its not about tracking your location (phone does it already), its about having to scan your (proof of vaccine) to go inside any business, fly or even have a job thus leaving your only option of sitting at home until you run out of cash and being homeless then die or get the "cure" aka chemical castration that is why they are already stopping the production of coins with a shortage lie, getting rid of small change first and next is the bills. Cant have anyone using the physical currency to slow down this plan and bypass credit revocation for being a bad goy.
Microchips are old tech, it will be Global BiometricID. Your own biological markers will be the barcode used to catalog you.
