I wonder why they are still pushing a vaccine. If everyone had stayed home & wore masks when in public for 1-2 months this biological weapon would have been defeated back in April or May.

Uh most of the new cases in NYC during the lockdown were actually at-home cases. Also, unless you have a N95, your risk of infection is only reduced by ~30%.
Yes but Cuba wasn't one of the biggest economies in the world, its population didn't outnumber America 3 to 1, it didn't command a military to rival the USA's and it wasn't the biggest industrial powerhouse.
There's a reason governments worldwide do so little to combat Chinas influence or actions, despite the West having an awareness of things like Uighur concentration camps, there is not much you can do against Chinese power when it could easily be wielded against us to cause enormous damage. Particularly economically.
