According to Ballotpedia, Jacobs did win. Article covers the election as if it's over, and set in stone. Am I missing something?

He won- but the point is that the 70/30 margin swung so much to 55/45. If the election had been closer, he would have lost. They will swing close elections. That's the real concern. Everyone needs to come out and vote because otherwise we'll win- but lose from cheating.
