They could start by allowing the baserunners to Plow Through anyone covering second base during a double play,and freight train the catcher when he is blocking homeplate....Thats By-god some social justice I can believe in,,,and bring back chewing tobacco..all this crap started with sunflower seeds and bubblegum....
