I could imagine an overzealous prosecutor taking some kind of terrorism charges as an overcharging tactic. Better safe than sorry; just hit the V in Lives with a 5 gal can of driveway sealcoat and you're good.

This stuff is nasty. You could hurt anyone nearby not wearing a respirator. (A face mask will NOT help, much like with the CCP virus.)

A better option is to get a black, oil based paint, add a few ounces of oil, and spread it over the "V" like TehAgent suggested.
