That being said, I’ve done plenty of jogging and never wandered inside of homes being built or off the beaten path. But the Timberlands argument will make the whole thing fall apart if trying to argue against him “jogging”, which is at least plausible.

Nobody is forcing anyone to stick to a minimum. You can always go higher.
