Just a word "Optimization" I fought for months to get the answer to what was considered "Optimized" and eventually he came to have a sit down with my shift. "Because I don't get a better raise for doing more, I have better things to do at work than this. I'm going to do the minimum, why shouldn't I?" "Pride?"
