Honestly, given the abuses our courts and politicians have tolerated in the past (renditions, waterboarding, extrajudicial drone striking Americans, etc.), I don't see why Trump couldn't pickup all illegal aliens, starting with the ones at these protests, and dumping them somewhere across the border without any papers, money, etc.

Picked up in a black can, whisked away to the nearest airfield, and released into someplace in the jungles of Africa.
